I’ve always loved facilitating.

At weddings, I’d much prefer to be the M.C. than a guest. There’s something I love about making sure everything has gone to plan and people leave being amazed by the experience.

My aim is simple - to use my experience having facilitated thousands of meetings, workshops, offsites and events - to help yours be a success!

I don’t follow the ‘facilitator’ rule book. I’ve seen a lot of facilitators who simply read out the agenda and write up stuff on butchers paper. Boring.

My work is designed to engage people in the content through methods I’ve learnt in the media and entertainment industries. I’m not a comedian, but I do like to keep things fun.

I’m also obsessed with outcomes. No point spending the money on a team event if everyone just has a chat-fest. I always ensure that the destination is clearly articulated up front, so I know where we need to arrive at.
